April Microsoft Dynamics User-Group Webinar: The New Outlook App

Ledgeview Partners Webinar

Microsoft Dynamics 365/CRM has updated its Outlook App for 8.2 and 9.0 Users. With this in mind, and due to a high number of requests, Ledgeview has updated its User Group Topic from the Sales Process to the New Outlook App this month!

We are very excited to demo the Outlook App for you.

What You’ll Learn …

  • How the New Outlook App Works
  • How the New Outlook App Differs from Outlook Client
  • All of the “Super Cool” Things the New Outlook App Can Do
  • Benefits of the New Outlook App
  • What to Watch Out for with the New Outlook App — Potential “Gotchas”

Remember, when we say “Gotchas”, they are the things you’ll want to watch for that you might assume are available within the app but actually aren’t. To prevent mistakes or sour moments, we will address all of the ones we are aware of so far.

The New Outlook App, unlike the Outlook Client, is especially beneficial for remote employees or ones who are always on the move. It functions much like Outlook for desktop, and, even better – it’s not a one and done deal.

Depending on your employee’s work style, they can elect to use the app or not. It’s not like the whole team has to be involved or no one at all.
