The company was founded almost 50 years ago, in Bob Endries’ basement, where he sold fasteners to original equipment manufacturers.

However, the business didn’t stay in the basement for long. Over the next several decades, Endries flourished, expanding to support more industry segments and growing its reach internationally.

Today, the company manages over 600,000 SKUs and operates out of a 225,000-square foot headquarters based in Brillion, WI.

In order to effectively manage the 600,000 SKUs the company inventories, and provide excellent customer and engineering support to their international customer base, Endries adopted Microsoft Dynamics as their CRM solution a long time ago.

They have continuously invested in customization, training, and upgrades as the years have passed; and ever since 2012, they’ve looked to Ledgeview to guide them through enhancing their CRM solution.

The key to Ledgeview and Endries International’s success with the project was understanding. Sharon Eickert, Endries International Training Coordinator II and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Lead, says understanding their world was key.

Ledgeview did this successfully, keeping projects on task, and making valiant efforts to understand the Endries’ technological infrastructure, all to achieve the project’s goals.

Endries International has continued to take advantage of Ledgeview’s support services and educational resources since beginning work with Ledgeview in 2012.

Ledgeview has walked the company through the past few Microsoft Dynamics 365/CRM upgrades, and, as Endries’ business has grown, they have begun to use their CRM solution as a pertinent sales tool.

Today, Eickert says Endries has a true 360-degree view of their customers thanks to this lasting partnership.

The trust between Ledgeview and Endries is evident. Between them, they have laid a foundation to boldly explore what’s possible with their CRM solution.

Now, Endries has expanded Dynamics 365 to include over 200 active users with Ledgeview’s support. They will continue to grow that number and leverage Microsoft Dynamics even further to provide superlative support.

“Ledgeview meets with me annually to assess where things are heading,” Eickert says. “We talk through what might be good next steps and collaborate on objectives for future upgrades. The support service is great too. The people are really good, and they tailor who handles our cases based on their expertise. They make sure to get us into the best hands.”
