For the first time in its history, Community Summit is going virtual.
After surveying the community, Dynamic Communities made the important decision to make the 2020 experience a completely virtual one.
From October 7-9, 2020, attendees can experience the conference from the comfort and safety of their desks.
Though the experience of Community Summit will be different compared to years prior, it will still be delivered with the same intentions to help users “innovate, collaborate, and grow.”
“Learn from industry experts, mingle with thousands of your peers, and expand your professional knowledge over the course of three full days of networking, fun, and education.”
Community Summit is the largest education and networking event for the Microsoft Business Applications community.
The conference is a great opportunity for Microsoft Dynamics 365 users and admins to learn from their peers. But, it’s not just a conference for the technical side of Microsoft Dynamics 365 but offers sessions for customer service, sales, and marketing roles too.
Some of the reasons you and your team may consider attending this year are:
Supercharge your insights with a community of experts and like-minded peers
Get answers to some of your most FAQs straight from trusted sources (Microsoft Business Application user peers, partners, and product experts)
Focus on the technology you’re using now and preview upcoming enhancements with fellow users to get the maximum value from your solution
Navigate through times of uncertainty and great change together with users who are conquering the same business and work culture challenges
Customize your learning experience virtually
Save on travel costs while engaging in the summit from your home
Build your Dynamics network, share knowledge, trade best practices, and conquer common user struggles together
Among many other reasons
If you have already signed up for Community Summit, you will see that the session schedule has been updated to reflect the virtual experience already.
There are over 500 expert-led breakout sessions that users will get the chance to attend this year with the goal to “help make you more successful and your role more valuable – especially in these challenging times.”
Chad Collett, Director of Marketing at Ledgeview Partners, reflects on his experience attending and speaking at the summit.
“Community Summit is simply the best conference of the entire year for Microsoft Dynamics 365 and CRM users and admins,” Collett says. “Attending this conference over the past several years, I love how the Dynamics Community comes together to share their stories, their challenges, their solutions, and bands together to help each other achieve more with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
While I will miss the in-person interactions (and all the fun that Nashville offers), taking this conference virtual will extend learning opportunities to so many more people that may not have been able to take advantage of those before. I cannot speak highly enough of the value that this conference, even virtually, can provide to a user, an admin, and an organization.”
You can still filter the schedule by application and track. Navigate the virtual Session Schedule here if you are registered.
As more details about the virtual experience emerge, we will update the Ledgeview Partners Blog so that you don’t miss a thing.
