In Microsoft Dynamics CRM you often times want to sort your leads, contacts, marketing lists, etc by a certain field. So you click the arrow next to the column to sort in ascending or descending order. But what if you want to sort by a second criteria? Now you can sort multiple columns at once in Dynamics CRM by following these simple steps.

1. Navigate to a view within Dynamics CRM

2. Click the header of the column you want to sort by 1st.

3. Now, on your keyboard hold down the “SHIFT” key and click the second column header you want your secondary sort to be on.

4. Voila! A two column sort in one view in!
