Microsoft Dynamics 365/CRM Tips and Tricks

To determine if you’re using Microsoft Dynamics 365’s New UI, follow the steps shared in this post. These steps will help you determine if the Unified Interface Only mode is enabled for your organization.

1. Go to the Power Platform Admin Center.

2. Go to Environments.

3. Select an Environment.

4. Go to Settings > Behavior > Interface Settings.

5. Turn On “Use Unified Interface Only”.

That’s it when it comes to knowing if you’re already using Microsoft Dynamics 365’s New UI.

If the New Unified Interface has not been enabled, this means you will have to transition before October 1, 2020. Microsoft will send an email to you 30 days before you’ve been scheduled to update. You can also view your scheduled transition date here.

If you’ve yet to be assigned and you’d like to get ahead or apply to change your transition date, navigate to this page and proceed forward with the steps given.
