In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, Microsoft has pushed its release wave 1 and 2 dates back. To keep up with updates regarding this, please bookmark this page.

Microsoft remains committed to delivering its innovation roadmap and leveraging its safe deployment models but will provide allowances for the uptake of the 2020 wave 1 release.

Microsoft is deferring the mandatory uptake of the 2020 wave 1 update for Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement by one month to May, instead of April, and enable one additional update deferral for Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.

Microsoft has made this decision under a cultural pillar it’s driven by – togetherness and support. Microsoft encourages that “we are all in this together” during this difficult time.
