Ledgeview Partners, a customer relationship management (CRM) consulting firm focusing on Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Salesforce.com, has added two full-time employees to its Inside Sales Customer Care Division.
James Kreisman has joined Ledgeview Partners and will be an Inside Sales Account Manager for Ledgeview’s Customer Care Division focused on the Oil & Gas Industry. In his role, James is focused on growing petroleum sales and providing customer support in Western Canada through upselling, cross selling, customer development and retention. Kreisman brings to Ledgeview four years of Sales and Customer Service experience. He currently attends Fox Valley Technical College seeking his Associates Degree in Business Management.
Tammy Hansen has joined Ledgeview Partners as an Inside Sales Account Manager with Ledgeview’s Customer Care Division focused on the Oil & Gas Industry. In this position Tammy is responsible for driving petroleum sales in Southern California as well as providing First-in-Class customer support for this territory. Hansen comes to Ledgeview from Escanaba, Michigan and brings 27 years of sales experience to Ledgeview Partners; most recently working in Sales of Diesel Engine Components.
