Appleton, WI, July 23, 2019 – Ledgeview Partners announced today it will be starting its annual Back to School Drive to support Outagamie County children in need for the fourth year in a row from July 29, 2019, to Aug. 2, 2019.
Reflecting on Ledgeview’s ongoing efforts, Chad Collett, Director of Marketing at Ledgeview, says, “Ledgeview thrives because of the people we have that care so much, in and outside of our offices. Our team wants to give back not only supplies but the feelings of confidence and happiness that a child derives from having the right supplies to start the school year off with. We are aware of the bigger giveback picture in our communities, and relish in the opportunity to support our community’s children in this way.”
Starting Monday, July 29, 2019, Ledgeview Partners will accept donations from the community and its team members for what is listed on Outagamie County’s official statement for their annual Back to School collection.
Supplies needed include:
Scissors (K-6 Only)
Markers (K-6 Only)
Glue Bottles (K-6 Only)
Colored Pencils (K-6 Only)
Glue sticks (K-6 Only)
Crayons (K-6 Only)
Folders (Primary Colors)
Notebooks (Primary Colors)
In 2018, Outagamie County reports that community efforts contributed to over 1029 children receieving backpacks full of supplies. This impressive statistic sets an encouraging precedent for 2019.
Since 1990, Outagamie County’s Back to School Program has provided students in need, in grades K-12, with backpacks and basic school supplies to make their first days of school successful, helping them enter their environments with ease.
