Appleton, WI – Ledgeview Partners, a customer relationship management (CRM) consulting firm focusing on Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Salesforce.com, has added 13 new positions heading into 2015.
Andy Kluck has joined the Ledgeview Partners’ Marketing & Communications team as Marketing Coordinator. Andy will be working closely with the Director of Marketing on various marketing initiatives including social media, content development, e-marketing, and CRM. Andy’s experience includes four years as marketing associate as well as interning in marketing for a manufacturing company in Stevens Point, WI.
Dave Edwards has joined Ledgeview Partners’ IT and Support team as a Network Administrator. In this position Dave is responsible for supporting, designing, maintaining, and evaluating Ledgeview’s computer network along with the telecommunication systems. Install, configure, and maintain physical servers, network devices, and computers and the applications that reside on them. Dave’s experience includes military service in IT for the United States Air Force.
Jeremy Aschenbrenner is a new CRM Application Consultant and Business Analyst for Ledgeview Partners. Jeremy is responsible for analyzing and understanding customer’s business goals and translating them into actionable solutions through design and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM or Salesforce. Jeremy has over four years’ experience in business analysis, two and half years in IT management and ten years in CRM.
Amy Crane has joined Ledgeview Partner’s team as a Recruiter. Amy’s is responsible for searching and recruiting new talent for the rapid growth Ledgeview has road mapped. Amy brings to this new role over 15 years of experience in sales, sales management and recruiting.
Ellen Heindel has joined the Ledgeview Partners team as a CRM Application Consultant and Business Analyst. Ellen’s responsibilities include project management and business analysis for Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Salesforce platforms.
John Weninger is a new CRM Development Consultant for Ledgeview Partners. It will be John’s responsibility to provide customized CRM solutions to help businesses become more efficient, increase sales and deliver greater customer service. John is a graduate of St. Norbert College in De Pere, WI with a degree in finance.
Tom Hardwick joined Ledgeview Partners as a Project Manager and Business Analyst. Tom’s responsibilities include setting up and running projects from design to deployment. Tom has a Bachelor’s Degree in Technical Project Management from ITT Technical Institute in Green Bay, WI and prior to coming to Ledgeview worked for six years as a project manager in the transportation industry.
Mindy Filipenko has been added to the Ledgeview Partners team as a CRM Application Consultant and Business Analyst. Mindy is responsible for analyzing and understanding customers business goals and translating them into measurable solutions through design and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Salesforce. Mindy has a project management background having recently worked in the banking and healthcare fields.
Lisa Karll has joined Ledgeview Partners as an Inside Sales Account Manager within the Customer Care Division. In this role, Lisa is responsible for driving sales and providing customer support in the oil and gas industry. Lisa has a background of over 15 years inside sales experience for an outdoor power equipment manufacturing company. She is a member of American Association of Inside Sales Professionals and has an associate’s degree in marketing.
Karen Coenraad has joined Ledgeview Partners as an Inside Sales Account Manager within the Customer Care Division. In this role, Karen is responsible for driving sales and providing customer support for her assigned location in Florida. She is a graduate of the University of Minnesota with a degree in Communications and Management. Karen has work experience as a pricing specialist and as an account manager before joining us this past fall. She is working out of our location in Appleton, WI.
Nate Wynveen has joined Ledgeview Partners as a lead generation representative within the Customer Care Division. Nate will be responsible for setting up appointments for nationwide sales agents in the field dealing with the Oil & Gas industry. Nate has lived in the Wisconsin Fox Valley his entire life and works out of our Appleton, WI office. He has over 10 years’ experience working in sales.
Deborah Bellows has joined Ledgeview Partners as an Inside Sales Account Manager in the Customer Care Division. In this role, Deborah is responsible for driving sales and providing customer support in the oil and gas industry for the Southeast region of the U.S. She brings 14 years of customer service experience to Ledgeview Partners, as well as a background in education policy. Deborah, a graduate of the University of North Carolina – Greensboro, has a degree in Political Science and a certification in Special Education Mediation.
Aaron Schumacher joined the Ledgeview Partners’ Customer Care Division as an Oil & Gas Customer Care Representative. Aaron graduated from the University of Wisconsin Stout with a degree in Hospitality & Tourism and has extensive experience in sales and customer service.
