Business Essentials

Facebook Messenger for Essentials

Now, users will have the ability to respond to customers’ through Facebook Messenger without leaving Business Essentials.

With the Summer ’19 Release, reps have the ability to deliver support and information through their preferred medium.

Web Chat for Essentials

This update makes it easy to engage customers through the ability to add a live chat feature to your website.

Web Chat for Essentials enables chats to be routed to the right team member who can offer customer real-time support.

Lightning Dialer for Essentials

Lightning Dialer helps you follow up on leads, close deals, or even take customer calls directly from Salesforce Essentials, creating a streamlined sales and service process!

Reps won’t miss a thing.

Marketing

Marketing Cloud Integration with Google Analytics 360 Enhancements

As of the release, you can now activate audiences with Marketing Cloud’s Journey Builder, engaging customers across email, SMS, and more.

Advertising Studio Integration with Google Customer Match

This updated feature helps users increase match rates and make marketing work for them.

Now, users can match with more than just email data using Google Customer Match. Match mobile ID, phone number, address, and even user IDs.

Advertising Studio Integration with Pinterest

Now, you can use Salesforce data to create advertising experiences for audiences on Pinterest’s global platform.

The B2C marketing community will especially love this enhanced capability!

Interaction Studio – Batch Decisions

As of the release, users can use Interaction Studio Data and rules in Automation Studio to identify messages, conversations, and next best offers before sending emails out to their target lists.

This is poised to enable more effective personalization for targeting purposes.

Datorama Connector for Marketing Cloud and Mobile

As of the Summer ’19 Release, you are able to bring Email Studio and mobile data together in Datorama. Do this by installing the pre-built app.

Salesforce encourages this will let you, “Connect, visualize, and act on your Email Studio data.”

Marketing Cloud Email Connector for Audience Studio

Now, you can use Audience Studio to automatically apply email segmentation and increase lead targeting in Journey Builder and other marketing channels.

This is poised to create more streamlined and effective practices for marketers. It will help to open up their strategies as users can leverage automation to focus on things that can’t be done as robotically within their functionality.

Email Studio – Live Weather Block

As of the summer release, users can send weather condition alerts and updates based on a customer’s documented location.

This helps you become more relevant as an organization, and show your customers you care about them individually – a great personalization boost with the release!

Einstein Engagement Frequency

Now, users will get recommendations as to how many emails they should be sending a customer via an interactive dashboard.

You can tailor message quantity per customer to improve engagements.
